George Earl McGinnis, age 87, of Ripon, WI, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 1991, at Juliette Manor in Berlin.
Mr. McGinnis was born December 8, 1903, in LaCrosse, a son to Patrick and Eva (Macumber) McGinnis. He was educated in Waukesha. On February 26, 1938, he married Alpha McKellar. Since 1973 they have made their home in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Alpha; one son, Patrick James McGinnis of Acton, MA; one daughter, Catherine Smith of Cold Spring Harbor, NY; four grandchildren; one niece, Ann Post of Chevy Chase, MO, and one nephew, Charles Hawks of Palo Alto, CA.
Private family services were held Friday, April 26, 1991, with Reverend Robert J.C. Brown officiating.
