George Pischke

George Pischke, 79, of Ripon, died Sunday February 4, 1996, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon.

He was born on October 19, 1916, in the town of Metomen, the son of the late Richard and Eva (Lietz) Pischke Sr. George attended school in the Town of Green Lake. He lived in the Ripon area most of his life being a farmer and working for American Stores Dairy of Fairwater until his retirement. Serving in the U.S. Army from 1942—1946, he was a medical technician, and received the American Theater Service Medal. George was a member of Mount Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ripon and the American Legion Post No. 378 of Fairwater.

George is survived by, one brother; Arnold (Ruth) Pischke of
Ripon, two sisters—in—law, lone Pischke of Green Lake, Sadie
Pischke of Ripon; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

Funeral services for George will be held on Tuesday February 6, 1996, at 11:00 A.M. at the Butzin—Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with the Rev. David M. Haberkorn officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Butzin—Marchant Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fairwater Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
