Gertrude L. Lehman, age 70, of Ripon, WI, passed away on October 13, 1987, at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Gertrude was born November 18, 1916, in Green Lake County, WI, the daughter of Robert and Ella (Harder) Roeder. She was educated in Green Lake County. Gertrude married Lester Lehman on June 30, 1938, until his passing on February 7, 1974. She worked as a molder at PMI in Markesan and was a housewife. Gertrude was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include two brothers, Robert Roeder of Markesan and August Roeder of Ripon. Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and three sisters.
Visitation for Gertrude will be held on Thursday, October 15, 1987, from 6 – 9:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Gertrude will be held on Friday, October 16, 1987, at 10:30 am in the Chapel of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon with Reverend Harley C.W. Tretow officiating. Interment will follow at Fairwater Cemetery in the Village of Fairwater. A memorial has been established for Our Saviour’s Church.
