Gertrude Ruby Przybyl, age 83, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at American House in Ripon, WI.

Gertrude was born on October 14, 1926, in Fremont, the daughter of Henry and Emma (Arndt) Vogt. On September 24, 1947, she married Edward Przybyl. Gertrude worked at Admanco in Ripon and also babysat. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Edward of Ripon, WI; children, Dale (Mary) Przybyl of Milwaukee, WI, Sandra (Jeffery) Mueller of Ripon, WI, Kenneth (Patricia) Przybyl of Christ Church, VA, Renee (Gary) Waters of Ripon, WI, Sherry (Jay) Buhrow of Ripon, WI; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Gertrude was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Josephine, Ethel, Verna and Lorraine; brothers, Albert and Henry; and grandchild, Jeffery Mueller Jr.

Visitation for Gertrude Przybyl will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010, from 4 – 7:30 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, from 10 – 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 415 E. Fond du Lac St. Ripon, WI 54971.

Mass of Christian Burial for Gertrude Przybyl will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. Memorials are being established in Gertrude’s name.
