Goldie E. Hoffman, age 86, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, July 20, 1987 at Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon.
Goldie was born September 4, 1900, in Marshall, WI, the daughter of Horace and Mary (Conroy) Doolan. She married Harold Hoffman on April 11, 1925 until his death on November 12, 1969. Goldie worked as a cook at Amithy and Ripon College. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Burton (Betty) Mills of Beloit; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Goldie was preceded in death by her husband and four brothers.
Visitation for Goldie will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 1987, from 5 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Goldie will be held on Thursday, July 23, 1987, at 1:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with The Reverend Robert LeCount officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Hills Cemetery in Princeton. A memorial has been established for the church.
