Grace A. Kotloski, age 75, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 1984 at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Grace was born on August 25, 1909 in Green Lake, the daughter of Louis and Clara (Soberalski) Formiller. She was educated in Green Lake and Berlin, and has lived in the Green Lake area most of her life. On October 31, 1932 she married Julius Kotloski. Grace was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, The Altar Society, and also Green Lake Senior Citizens.
Grace is survived by her husband, Julius Kotloski of Green Lake, WI; a daughter, Annette (Jay) Clark of Memphis, TN; three grandchildren, Gregory, Clarissa, and Julia; two brothers, Lawrence Formiller of Long Beach, CA, and Richard Formiller of Arpin, WI; two sisters, Alice Schroeder of Farmville, VA, and Alvina Krueger of Ripon, WI. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Visitation for Grace will be held from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday, September 21, 1984 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. A Prayer Service will be held at 8:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
Mass of Christian Burial for Grace will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 22, 1984 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake, WI, with Reverend Leo Joyce officiating. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake, WI.
