H. Mead Thrall Sr.

H. Mead Thrall Sr., age 94, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Monday, January 13, 1992 at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 19, 1897, in Bluffton, to Charles and Mary Palmer Thrall. He was a graduate of Green Lake High School. On August 1, 1922, he married Gladys Robinson and they farmed for almost 70 years in the Green Lake area. He was a charter member of the The Federated Church of Green Lake.
Survivors include his son, William (Beverly) Thrall of Cedar Falls, Iowa; his daughter, Roxana (James) Grim of Green Lake; nine grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys on February 13, 1973; two sons, Charles and Holland Jr. and one grandson, Matthew Grim.
Visitation for Holland will be held on Thursday, January 16, 1992 from 5 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Holland will be held on Friday, January 17, 1992, at 10:00 am at The Federated Church of Green Lake with Reverend Kent Meyer officiating. Interment will be in the Bluffton Cemetery in the Town of Brooklyn. Memorials in his name may be directed to The Federated Chuch of Green Lake.
