Harold "Jim" Erdmann

Harold “Jim” Erdmann, age 74, of Ripon, WI, passed away on March 25, 1993, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
He was born on April 7, 1918, in Forestville, WI, the son of Emil and Clara (Serrahn) Erdmann. “Jim” worked for many years on the Walter Radke farm before going into the farming and gardening business himself. He will be remembered for his vegetable stand in Ripon. He was a member of Our Savior’s United Church of Christ in Ripon.
Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Evelyn (Richard) Gazinski of Sun City, AZ, Mrs. Ruth (Henry) Heidelbach of Mequon, Mrs. Lavern (Darold) Friedmund and Mrs. Carol (Wilfred) Petznick, both of Athens, WI; one brother, Richard Erdmann of Ripon; one sister-in-law, Verna Erdmann of Brandon; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, William and Robert, and his friend, Imogene Drager.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 28, 1993, at 5:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. Visitation is from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
