Harriet Hutchison, age 76, of Ripon, WI passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 1951 at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Harriet was born in the Town of Mackford, WI on September 21, 1875, the daughter of Eldas and Elizabeth (Scott) Rector. She has lived in Ripon for the past 30 years. On October 10, 1896 she married George Hutchison in Austin, MN. Harriet was a member of the First Methodist Church in Ripon.
Harriet is survived by three daughters, Pearl Hutchison, Mrs. A.F. Werch and Mrs. Homer Gibson; three sons, Lloyd, Ira of Ripon, WI and Harvey of Bozeman, MT; five grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Rector of Austin, MN and Ira Rector of Lansing, MN; and two sisters, Maude Eagen of Austin, MN and Mrs. O.P. Quam of Lansing, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldas and Elizabeth Rector; husband, George Hutchison; and three brothers.
Visitation for Harriet will be held from 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 31, 1953 until 2:00 pm on Friday, November 2, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Harriet will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 2, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Reverend Lewis M. Douglass officiating. Interment will follow at Reeds Corner Cemetery, Town of Metomen, WI.
