Harry "Rick" Diedrich

Harry F. “Rick” Diedrich Jr. age 65, of Ripon, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Ripon Medical Center, Ripon, WI.
Rick was born on August 7, 1943, in Ripon, the son of Harry and Muriel (Gatzke) Diedrich Sr. He graduated from Ripon High School, Ripon College, and Indiana University with a MBA. Rick worked for Century 21 Properties Unlimited and the Diedrich Insurance Agency in Ripon, and served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed playing golf and racquetball.
Survivors include his two daughters, Devon Diedrich of Princeton, WI, and Heidi Diedrich of Scottsdale, AZ; one son, Christopher “CJ” (special friend, Rosie) Diedrich of Chicago, IL; Loving Partner, Sherry Huseboe, of Ripon; her children, Derek (Colleen) Huseboe; Bret (Kris) Huseboe; Kent (Jennie) Huseboe; and Lisa (Kevin) Nass; 8 “step grandchildren”; special cousins, John, Jack and Bob; and many other cousins; 2 grand dogs, Wilson and Charlie. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his dog Boo.
A Celebration of Life for Rick Diedrich will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon with the Reverend Mark R. West officiating. Military Honors will follow the service at the church. A memorial has been established.
