Hazel Perry, age 93, of W14123 Corn be St. Ripon, died December 4,1999, at her home.

Hazel was born September 15, 1906, in Green Lake, the daughter of Otto and Julia (Hopp) Penke, and attended Arcade School in the Town of Ripon. She was married to Fred F. Perry on April 10, 1937, and worked at Admanco in Ripon as a sewer for over 40 years. Hazel was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include nieces; Jean (Michael) Holzman of Fond du Lac; Diane Penke of Oshkosh; and Fern (Bruce) Well, of Terra Haute, Indiana. One nephew; Darwin Penke, of Port Edwards, Wisconsin. She also is survived by several great-nieces, and two great nephews; Sister in laws; Marvel George, Oshkosh and Anita Penke, Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and four sisters.

Services for Hazel will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 1999, at 2:00 P.M. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home of Ripon, with Rev. David A. Busker officiating. Visitation will be at 12:00 noon until the time of service. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established.
