Helen Anna Griese, 84, formerly of RI#1, Ripon, died August 20, 1995 at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Fond du Lac where she has resided the past 5 years.
She was born May 23, 1911 in Ripon, a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Nietzer. She married Elmer Griese on November 23, 1929.
Survived by 1 son, Erwin Griese of Fond du Lac, 1 grandson, Michael Griese of Plover, 1 great—granddaughter, Shannon Griese of Fond du Lac, and 1 brother-in- law, Harvey (Lorenria) Griese of Ripon.
Mr. Griese passed away on November 21,1959. Helen lived in rural Ripon most of her life and for 20 years did housekeeping at Ripon College. Mrs. Griese was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Ripon.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Inurnment will take place in the Rosendale Cemetery, Rosendale.
