Helen A. Trembacz, age 88, formerly of Palatine, IL, passed away on Friday January 10, 1992, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.
She was born May 10, 1903, in Chicago, IL, to William and Amanda (Neumann) Koch. Helen was educated in Chicago. She has resided in Green Lake the last four years.
She is survived by her son, Elmer (Jenny) of Green Lake; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Erwin Koch and Edward Koch, both of Chicago.
Funeral service for Mrs. Trembacz were held Monday, January 13, 1992, at 12:00 pm noon at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Dan Peterson officiated and interment followed in Dartford Cemetery.
