Henrietta Putzer, age 91, of Ripon, died Monday morning, April 23, 2001, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon after a short stay.
She was born April 15, 1910, in Oshkosh, a daughter to Albert and Magdeline (Benz) Niemuth. She was a graduate of St. Marys High School in Oshkosh and on June 24, 1930, she married Al Putzer in Oshkosh. Mrs. Putzer was a housewife and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter, Audrey David and one son, Thomas (Lillian) Putzer, both of Ripon; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister, Mrs. Ethel (Norman) Biebel of LaCrosse; sister-in-law, Gertrude Shekelton of Waukesha; brothers-in-law, Lawrence (Tress) Putzer, Harold (Bernice) Putzer and Ralph (Gen) Putzer all of Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by husband, Al Putzer; one brother, Albert Niemuth ; son-in-law, Thomas Davis; parents, 4 brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law and one great-granddaughter.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, April 26, 2001, at 11 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Ripon with Father John A. Schmitz officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 11:00 am at the church. Interment will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon. A memorial has been established.
