Henrietta Weishaar

Henrietta E. Weishaar, age 97, of 632 Hilltop Ln. Ripon, passed away Saturday March 3rd, 2007, at Ripon Medical Center.
Henrietta was born on August 30, 1909, at home in Ripon, the daughter of Herman and Meta (Badke) Gehrke. She attended Ripon schools, and in 1931 she married Forest “Bud” Weishaar in Ripon. From 1932-1952 Henrietta and Bud operated “Buds Tavern” in Rush Lake. Later she managed the cantina at Green Giant canning company in Ripon. She was a life long member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon, and a past member of Rebecca’s Lodge.
Survivors include, her daughter, Beverly Snyder of Fond du Lac, two sons; Wayne (Susan) Weishaar of Big Bend and Raymond (Kay) Weishaar of Ripon, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother Gordon Gehrke of Ripon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Forest Weishaar in 1977, one brother, and one granddaughter.
Visitation for Henrietta E. Weishaar will be held on Wednesday, March 7th, 2007, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
Funeral services for Henrietta E. Weishaar will be held at 11:00 am, March 7th, 2007, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with the Reverend Mark R. West officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
