Henry William Albrecht, age 76, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 1986, at Americana Health Care Center in Fond du Lac.
Henry was born June 21, 1910, in Markesan, WI, the son of August and Minnie (Plegens) Albrecht. He served our country in the United States Army during WWII and was a recipient of the Bronze Star. On March 18, 1950, Henry married Jeanette Scovicke in Fairwater. He worked as a molder at AFK Foundry in Ripon. Henry was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and of the VFW Schultz-Klemp-Wentland Post #5278.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette; one son, Dean of Ripon; one granddaughter, Julie; two brothers, Edwin of Markesan and Erwin of Fond du Lac and one sister, Alice (Albert) Frei of Markesan. He was preceded in death by one brother, one sister and a step-son.
Visitation for Henry will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 1986, from 6 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Henry will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 1986, at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Carl L. Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will follow at Fairwater Cemetery in the Village of Fairwater.
