Henry Lietz

Henry Robert Lietz, age 72, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, November 4, 1955, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harold Rupnow in Ripon.
Henry was born Janury 3, 1883, in the Town of Rosendale, WI, the son of John and Henrietta (Quandt) Lietz. He was educated in the public school in the Town of Rosendale. On August 7, 1913, Henry married Hulda Mahlke. He retired as a business man and was a former member of The First Evangelical Lutheran Church where he was a member of the church chorus and brotherhood.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harold Rupnow and one brother, William Lietz. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hulda; three sisters and five brothers.
Friends may call on Sunday, November 6, 1955, after 10:00 am at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Henry will be held on Monday, November 7, 1955, at 2:00 pm at The First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Liberty Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Utica.
