Herbert Eisele

Herbert Charles Eisele, age 81, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on September 12, 1985, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Herbert was born July 15, 1904, in Pennsylvania, the son of Fredrick and Lena (Schmidt) Eisele. He attended Cathedral Latin School in 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio and was a graduate with a Masters Degree at Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Herbert was an athletic director and head football coach at John Carroll University. He married Edna Huesman on September 24, 1924 in Dayton, Ohio. Herbert was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake, Tuscumbia Country Club, University of Dayton Hall of Fame and the Cathedral Latin School Hall of Fame.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; one son, William of Realto, CA; one daughter, Phyllis Curran of Cleveland, Ohio; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Visitation for Herbert will be held on Saturday, September 14, 1985, from 11 – 11:30 am at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
Mass of Christian Burial for Herbert will be held on Saturday, September 14, 1985, at 11:30 am at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Reverend John Schmitz officiating.
