Herman Carl Schrader, age 82, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 1957, at his home.
Herman was born February 25, 1875, in Manlstee, MI, the son of Herman and Wilhemina (Schultz) Schrader. He attended rural school and graduated from Princeton High School. On February 12, 1902, Herman married Lena Kropp. He retired as a custodian of the Peacock Estate (Sugar Loaf) on Green Lake.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Edna Yerk of Ripon and Mrs. Olga Zabel of Rosendale; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, three brothers, Ed of Ripon, Will of California and Gus of Oakfield and one sister, mrs. Alvena Currie of Pinehurst, N.C. He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers and one sister.
Friends may call on Sunday, May 5, 1957, after 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Herman will be held on Monday, May 6, 1957, at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
