Ida Gransee, age 71, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 1954, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Ida was born April 28, 1882, in Princeton, WI, the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Schwarts) Sommers. On October 1, 1903, she married W.A. Gransee.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Orlo of Rosendale, Gilbert and Harley both of Ripon; two sisters, Mrs. Otto Wepner and Mrs. Alex Schultz both of Ripon and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Friends may call on Thursday, April 15, 1954, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Ida will be held on Saturday, April 17, 1954, at 2:45 pm at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with The Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will take place at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale.
