Irene Aplin, age 77, of Ripon, WI, died Wednesday, November 3, 1999, at her home.
She was born on September 24, 1921, the daughter of Louis and Josephine (Wachoviak) Berlowski. Irene attended Ripon Schools and was employed at Wells Mfg. of Fond du Lac. She lived in the Village of Taycheetah before moving to Ripon. In 1942, Irene married Rollin Aplin in Waukesha. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include her two daughters, Marlene (Robert) Billings of Midland, MI and Susan Stark of Milwaukee, WI; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one sister, Elsie Pickart of Fond du Lac, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband Rollin in 1972 and her parents.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 6, 1999, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon, with Father John A. Schmitz officiating.
There will be a visitation at the church from 10:00 am until the time of the Memorial Mass on Saturday. Inurnment will be in St. Charles Cemetery in the Town of Taycheetah. Memorials can be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church in her name.
