Irene Ellen Crown, age 74, of Parkview Care Center, Ripon, and formerly of Milwaukee, died on June 18, 1994, in Ripon.
She was born on August 28, 1919, near Westfield, in Marquette County, the daughter of August and Minnie (Zierke) Wahl. She attended Fountain City Business College in Fond du Lac. She did receptionist work most of her life. She married Lloyd Crown on February 14, 1943, and they lived in Milwaukee all their married life.
She is survived by cousins and a multitude of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd on November 13, 1990, her parents, 2 sisters, and a brother-in-law.
Funeral services were held at 4 pm on June 21, 1994, at the Harder Funeral Home in Milwaukee, with the Reverend Lindberg officiating. Interment was in the Harris Cemetery, Town of Harris, Marquette County.
