Irene A. Doslke, age 69, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, November 16, 1990, at her residence.
She was born April 10, 1921, in Ripon, a daughter of John and Helen (Wackoski) Sworski. On October 4, 1941, she married Florian Dolske in Alexandria, LA. He preceded her in death on February 24, 1973. Mrs. Dolske graduated from Ripon High School. She served in the Army during WWII. She worked for the Veterans Administration as a counselor for the Veterans Alcoholic Anonymous in Tomah. She also worked at Speed Queen in Ripon and was a seamstress.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Guderski of Green Lake and Patti (George) Koehler of Oshkosh; one son, Steven Dolske; five grandchildren; one sister, Alice Paul of Ripon; nieces and nephews. Irene was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Visitation for Irene will be held on Monday, November 19, 1990, from 3 – 7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with a Prayer Vigil at 7:00 pm.
Funeral service for Irene will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 1990, at 1:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Leo Joyce will officiate. Interment will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society in her name.
