Irene Linda Nahm, age 93, of Shorewood, passed away on October 18, 1993, at Milwaukee County Medical Complex.
She was born on October 1, 1900, in the Town of Nepeuskun, a daughter to Adolph and Augusta (Falk) Anklam. On April 18, 1927, she married Henry Nahm. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1937. Irene was a floor lady for Ambrosia Chocolate in Milwaukee where she has lived most of her life.
She is survived by one sister, Laura Miller of Ripon; one brother, Roy (Mary) Anklam of Pickett; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Anklam of Pickett and Ruby Anklam of Ripon; several nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and six sisters.
Funeral services for Mrs. Nahm will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend Dean Peterson will officiate. Interment will be in the Liberty Prairie Cemetery, Town of Utica. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services at the funeral home.
