Irvin Jack Smith Jr., age 49, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on July 16, 1986, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, WI.
Irvin was born June 9, 1937, in Clarion, PA, the son of Irvin J. and Laura Louise (Wenner) Smith, Sr. He was educated at Clarion High School and went on to further his education at Penn State University graduating with a BS and then onto Pepperdine University graduating with a MBA. On July 7, 1962, Irvin married Pat Krupinski in West Virginia. He was the Vice President of Finance at Speed Queen in Ripon. Irvin was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, Vice President of Ripon Noon Kiwanis and a member of Financial Executives Institute.
Survivors include his wife, Pat; two daughters, Laura and Sherry both at home; one son, Scott at home; his parents, Jack and Laura Smith of Clarion, PA and one sister, Pat Smith of Bridgeton, NJ. He was preceded in death by one sister.
Visitation for Irvin will be held on Saturday, July 19, 1986, from 10 – 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Irvin will be held on Saturday, July 19, 1986, at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Carl L. Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will take place at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Clarion, PA. A memorial has been established for Grace Lutheran Church and for cancer research.
