Iva Whiting

Mrs. Iva J. Whiting, age 80, of 550 Lyon St., Ripon, died Monday, July 23, 1990, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born January 30, 1910, in the Town of Rosendale, a daughter of Warren and Bertha Wollitz Whitney. On September 1, 1934, she married Alvin Whiting.
Mrs. Whiting was a graduate of Ripon High School. She was a housewife and had lived in the Ripon area all of her life.
Survivors include her husband; two brothers, Walter and his wife, Myra, and Glenn and his wife, Lura, all of Ripon; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, from 5 until 8 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral services for Mrs. Whiting will be held Thursday, at 11 am at the funeral home with the Reverend Robert B. LeCount officiating. Interment will follow in the Rosendale Cemetery in Rosendale.
