Ivan Russell Van Denburgh, age 67, of Ripon, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2010, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon, WI.
Ivan was born on April 12, 1942, in Amsterdam, NY, the son of Willard and Anna Mae Van Denburgh Sr. He attended school in Amsterdam, New York. Ivan worked as a machine operator at a car parts factory in Elmira, and than worked for 20 years as a janitor at Ripon Foods. He was a charter member of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Eagles Club both of Elmira, NY and was a little league coach.
Survivors include his daughter, Ruth Mae of Elmire, New York; one brother, Bill Van Denburgh of Ripon, and one sister, Mary Taylor of Pickett, WI; and nieces and nephews. Ivan was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Robert, Clarence, and Ronald.
Visitation for Ivan Van Denburgh will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Ivan Van Denburgh will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at 11:00 am at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with the Reverend Mark R. West Officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established in his name.
