Jack A. Hammer, age 61, Ripon, died at Mercy Medical Center, Oshkosh, on May 15, 2008.
Jack was born on August 13, 1946 the son of Clarence and Harriet (Haffner) Hammer. He moved to Ripon 17 years ago and worked for International Paper in Fond du Lac as coordinator/supervisor. Jack enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include, his children, Lori (Joe) Kapaldo, Mark (Megan) Hammer, Jennifer Hammer all of Illinois; four grandchildren, his mother, Harriet Hammer of Las Vegas, NV; three brothers, Robert (Darlene) Hammer of IL, Larry (Kim) Hammer of NV, James (Joan) Hammer of NV; one sister, Lois (Jay) Greenbaum of OH; his Fiancé Gloria Jepson of Ripon. Also surviving are nieces, nephews and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation for Jack A. Hammer will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Jack A. Hammer will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, Pastor Greg Ells officiating. Interment will follow in Rosendale Cemetery, Village of Rosendale. A memorial has been established.
