Jacqueline Jeanne Adamski, age 77, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at her home.
Jacqueline was born February 4, 1939, in Ripon, the daughter of John and Isabelle (Gardenier) Adamski. Upon graduating from Ripon High School, Jackie earned a Bachelor Degree from Ripon College and also a Master’s Degree in Library Science from Rosary College (Dominican University). She then worked as a Librarian at Northwestern University for many years and also in New York, NY. Jackie was a thoughtful person and charity work was of utmost importance to her. She volunteered her time at several locations. Jackie was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
She is survived by two aunts, Elizabeth Slimmer of De Pere, WI and JoAnne Adamski of Ripon, WI and several cousins and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Visitation for Jacqueline will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, from 10 – 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Memorial Mass for Jacqueline will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. Memorials may be directed to Green Lake Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 86, Green Lake, WI 54941.
