James “Jim” Frederick Beach, age 63, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015, at his home.
Jim was born May 16, 1952, in Chicago, IL, the son of Ralph and Margaret (Broadley) Beach. He graduated from Green Lake High School and in 1970, Jim married Nancy Petruske in Princeton. He was a mechanic working presently at JJ Kustom Auto and he had prior employment at Butch’s Engine, Unique and Valley Ford. Jim owned Jim’s Shell and was a former bus driver for the Green Lake school district. He was one of the founders of the first First Responder Team of Green Lake and enjoyed camping, fishing and boating.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Beach of Green Lake, WI; three children, Stephanie (Richard) Hayes of Beaufort, SC, Julie (special friend, Chris) Moore of Ripon, WI and Jamie (special friend, Star) Beach of Green Lake, WI; six grandchildren and sister, Mary (Gene) Barrows of Green Bay, WI. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Margaret and his mother and father-in-law, John and Beverly Petruske.
Visitation for Jim will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015, 9 – 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
A Memorial Service for Jim will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Karen Gygax Rodriguez will officiate. A memorial is being established in Jim’s name.
