Janet Rose Hammen, age 51, formerly of Ripon, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2005, at Mary Maine Group Home in Fond du Lac.
She was born July 2, 1953, in Ripon, the daughter of Martin and Lorraine (Mlodzik) Hammen.
Janet is survived by her parents, Martin & Lorraine Hammen of Ripon; 4 brothers, Gary (Mary) Hammen of Black Creek, Randy Hammen of Princeton, Peter (Penny) Hammen of West Bend and Paul Hammen of Ripon; 5 nieces & 1 nephew; 2 great-nephews; several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Felix and France Mlodzik and Louis and Alvina Hammen.
A private Memorial Prayer Service was held Sunday, January 23, 2005, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Father Robert A. Fictum officiating. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon. Memorials may be given to St. Patrick Catholic Church in her name.
