Janet L. Quick, age 62 of Ripon, passed away on Sunday morning, September 30, 2007 with her family at her side.
Janet was born on February 4, 1945 in Berlin, the daughter of Leonard and Thelma (Lipke) Voeltner. She worked at Ripon Foods (Bremner Foods) for 27 years as a cookie packer. She was a member of Wyldewood Baptist Church in Oshkosh.
Survivors include her mother, Thelma Voeltner of Ripon, children; Robert (Sue) Quick of Ripon, Amy Quick of Oshkosh, and Michael (Suzie) Quick of Wildrose, eight grandchildren, two sisters; Barbara (Robert) Brook of AZ, and Donna Gregor of Berlin, one brother, Dale Shipton of Berlin, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Leonard, husband Charles R. Quick, and a brother-in-law Jerry Gregor.
Visitation for Janet L. Quick will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2007 from 4 to 8:00 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and again on Friday, October 5, 2007 from 10 to 11:00 am.
Funeral services for Janet L. Quick will be held on Friday, October 5, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with the Reverend Lloyd Whittington, Reverend Randall King and Reverend Robert Weiss officiating. Interment will follow in the Hancock Cemetery, Town of Hancock. Memorials can be given to Hospice Hope, 114 N. Pearl St. Berlin, WI 54923.
