Jeanne Kohn

Jeanne Lucille Kohn, age 67, of 977 Metomen St., Ripon passed away Saturday, July 6, 2002 at Oshkosh Mercy Medical Center.

Jeanne was born May 28, 1935, a daughter to Herman and Alma (Conrad) Manske in Berlin, WI. She was educated in Berlin Schools and on October 15, 1960 she married Herbert Kohn in Ripon where they resided all of their life. Jeanne was employed as a Teller at several banks in Ripon, beginning at First National Bank which then became Valley Bank and later M&I Bank of Ripon. She was employed in banking for a total of 35 years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of Mount Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ripon.

Survivors include her husband, Herbert of Ripon; Daughter, Susan (Ricardo) Rivera of Ripon; Mother; Alma Manske of Ripon; Two grandchildren, Joshua Pedersen of Appleton and Kristin Pedersen of Ripon; One sister, Joan (Robert) Drake of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her father Herman Manske.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 9, 2002 from 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. at Mount Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ripon. Services will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the church with Rev. Paul Mose officiating. Interment will be at Bethel Reeds Corner Cemetery, Town of Metomen. Memorials may be directed to Mount Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ripon.
