Jeffrey David Kitz, age 55, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at his home with family by his side.
Jeffrey was born April 21, 1961, in San Mateo, CA, the son of David A. and Paula A. (Belot) Kitz. He graduated from Carlmont High School in Belmont, CA. Jeffrey worked as a house painter, wood worker and custom bobber maker, “The Artful Bobber”.
Survivors include mother, Paula Kitz of Belmont, CA; the mother of his eldest child, Andrea Kitz of South San Francisco, CA; two daughters, Tori Lynn Kitz of South San Francisco, CA and Michelle Nicole Kitz of Santa Rosa, CA; partner, Diane Loeffler of Ripon, WI; sister, Melissa Lynn (Jake) Jacobs of Alamo, CA; brother, Michael Brian (Lyn) Kitz of Macon, GA; uncle, Richard (Jeanne) Kitz of Westwood, MA and two cousins, Edward (Margie) Kitz of Milwaukee, WI and Mary Beth Kitz of Oshkosh, WI. Jeffrey is further survived by one niece, Emily Jacobs and several other cousins. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, David A. Kitz; grandparents, Chester and Laura Belot and Edward and Lona Kitz and one uncle, George Kitz.
Visitation for Jeffrey will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 415 E. Fond du Lac St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Memorial Mass for Jeffrey will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 3:30 pm at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. A memorial is being established in his name.
