Jennie "Jenny" Wiesner

Jennie “Jenny” M. Wiesner, age 90, of Markesan, WI, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Markesan Resident Home.
She was born on August 11, 1923, in Ironwood, MI, the daughter of John and Stella (Saffron) Gorecki. She graduated from Daggett High School and on June 3, 1944, she was united in marriage to Theodore “Teddy” W. Wiesner in Harris, MI. Jennie was employed at General Motors and Delco Electronics where she worked in Machining and Inspection. She also operated Hemlock Haven in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
Jennie is survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Teddy on January 2, 2008; her sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Harry Marciniak; and brother, Charles Gorecki.
Visitation for Jennie Wiesner will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005. A funeral service will follow immediately in Chapel of the Chimes. Entombment will directly follow the funeral service. A memorial is being established.
