Jeromy Carl Nelson, infant son of Jerome Carl and Roberta (Johnson) Nelson of Oshkosh, died at birth on May 20, 1999, at Mercy Medical Center, Oshkosh.
He is survived by his parents, two sisters, KimberLee and AshLee and his infant twin brother, Jaysen, maternal grandparents, Joann and John Piekarski of Ripon, and paternal grandparents, Art and Dorothy Nelson of Shawno, aunts and uncles.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
