Jessica K. Blake, age 18, of Green Lake, died on Saturday, August 9, 2008, in Waushara County, as a result of an auto accident.
Jessica was born on July 13, 1990, in West Allis Memorial Hospital, the daughter of Jim and Norene (Davis) Blake. She graduated from Green Lake High School in 2008, while in high school she was in the choir, musicals, the track team, enjoyed art, and was a dedicated employee of Culver’s in Ripon for over a year.
Survivors include her parents, Jim and Norene Blake of Green Lake; two sisters, Amy Krzyzanowski of Waukesha, and Holly Krzyzanowski of Poynette; also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousins, and an abundance of friends. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Angeline and Max Blake and June and LeRoy Davis.
Visitation for Jessica K. Blake will be held from 4-7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at the Green Lake High School in Green Lake.
Funeral Service for Jessica K. Blake will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at the Green Lake High School in Green Lake, with the Reverend Karen Gygax Rodriguez officiating. A memorial has been established.
