Jessie Mae Fenner, 92, of Brandon, formerly of Ripon, passed away Saturday, February 4, 1995 at Ripon Medical Center.
She was born January 17, 1903 in Winneconne the daughter of John and Agnes (Droske) Frerks. She was educated in Winneconne and Oshkosh Normal College. On September 2, 1928, she married Arden Fenner. She taught first grade at Rosevelt School in Ripon for 26 years. Jessie was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon and of the Mary Martha Circle.
Jessie is survived by her daughter Joan (Harley) Weisnicht of Brandon, 3 grandchildren: Holly Zimmerman of Denver, Colorado, Jan Vermeer of Hudson, WI and Todd (Cathy) Weisnicht of VanDyne, WI, 3 Great-grandchildren:Jamie Vermeer of Fond du Lac, Dana and Andrew Weisnicht of VanDyne, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and 1 sister.
Funeral services for Jessie Mae Fenner will be held Monday February 6, 1995, at 1:00 pm at Immanuel United Methodist Church of Ripon with the Reverend Howard Ott officiating. Interment will follow in Winneconne Cemetery in the Village of Winneconne.
Friends may call from 11:00 am Monday until the time of services at the church. A memorial has been established for the church.
