Jetty Whitney, age 73, of Eldorado, WI, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 1956, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Jetty was born September 28, 1882, in the Town of Lamartine, WI, the daughter of Frederick and Helen (Shaw) Porter. She lived most of her life in the Town of Rosendale. Jetty married Rolland A. Whitney on September 29, 1903. She was a member of Elo Methodist church and it's W.S.C.S. Organization.
Survivors include one son, Raymond of the Town of Rosendale; two grandchildren and one brother, Loren Porter of Miller, South Dakota. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rolland; three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call on Friday, March 9, 1956, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Jetty will be held on Saturday, March 10, 1956, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Jerry Moede officiating. Interment will take place at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale.
