John Franklin Barclay IV, age 47, of Ripon, WI, died early
Saturday morning, October 3, 1998 at the University Hospital
Madison, WI.
He was born May 15, 1951, in Ripon. A son to the late John Franklin III and Florence (Luedke) Barclay. He graduated from Ripon High School and attended U.W.Stevens Point. John worked for the Horizon House in Oshkosh as a counselor. John is grateful for three extra years of life, because of a generous organ donation.
He is survived by two sons, Rusty Allen and John Franklin Barclay V of Ripon, two stepdaughters Jessica (Glen) Seideman of Newburg WI, and Tanya Jean Drake and granddaughter Alexanderia Faith Smith of Oshkosh. Two sisters Mary (Dick) Pirwitz of Mauston and Ida (Ernst) Neuenfeldt of Ripon, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service and visitation will be held Monday, October 5, 1998 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home of Ripon. The funeral service will be at 7:00 P.M. The Reverend Eric Burnard will be officiating. Visitation will be at 5:00 P.M., until the time of the service. A Memorial has been established. Cremation will follow.
