John C. Blochwitz, age 81, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 1956, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
John was born June 13, 1874, in the Town of Randolph, WI, the son of Adam and Josephine (Keller) Blockwitz. He married Margaret Schmidt on March 5, 1902 in Randolph. John retired as a produce dealer. He was a member of the Congregational Church in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; one son, Alfred of Sheboygan and one sister, Mrs. John Keil of Beaver Dam. He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call on Wednesday, March 14, 1956, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for John will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 1956, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Victor M. Rhein officiating. Interment will take place at Randolph Cemetery.
