John H. Krentz, age 68, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 1954, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
John was born November 27, 1885, in the Town of Mackford, WI, the son of Carl and Julia (Kiebel) Krentz. He married Ella Hasse on July 1, 1906, in Fairwater. John worked and retired from Speed Queen in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Ella; four sons, Herbert of Sheboygan Falls, Clarence of Ripon, Harry of Kohler, and John Jr. of Ripon; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Moderow of Markesan and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call on Thursday, June 3, 1954, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for John will be held on Saturday, June 5, 1954, at 1:00 pm at First Evangelical Lutheran Church with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
