Joseph Gomez, age 49, of Wautoma, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
Joe was born on July 31, 1960, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of James and Deanna (Miszewski) Gomez Sr. He graduated from James Madison High School in Milwaukee, and on October 15, 1988 he married Kelly Bacon. Joe worked as a sheet metal fabricator, and enjoyed shooting pool, and was an avid fisherman and golfer. He loved his family unconditionally.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Gomez, two sons, Matthew and Zachary Gomez, his parents, James and Deanna Gomez Sr. all of Wautoma, WI, two brothers, James Gomez Jr. of Germantown, WI; and John (Brenda) Gomez of Jackson, WI. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Time of Gathering for Joseph Gomez, will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010, from 2-4:00 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI.
Visitation for Joseph Gomez will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, from 10-11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 364 S. Cambridge Street, Wautoma, WI.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Joseph Gomez on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma.
A memorial is being established.
