Joseph E. Hrushka, age 57 of Ripon, WI passed away on Monday, October 22, 1951 at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Joseph was born in Milwaukee, WI on May 24, 1894, the son of Vincent and Agens (Wippert) Hrushka. He lived in Milwaukee until moving to Ripon in 1947. On October 6, 1938 he married Hulda Lukoski in Dubuque, IA. Joseph worked as an inspector at Kiekhaefer Aeromarine Motors, Inc. of Fond du Lac, WI, and was a member of the International Association of Machinists.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Hulda Hrushka of Ripon, WI; two daughters, Ann Oberdas and Beatrice Cleary both of Milwaukee, WI; a brother, Charles Hrushka of Milwaukee, WI and a sister, L.E. Schoen of Marathon, WI; a grandson; and one stepson, Clarence Lukoski of Ripon, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Agnes Hrushka.
Visitation for Joseph will be held from 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 23, 1951 until 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 25, 1953 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 25, 1953 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon, WI.
