Joseph E. Weyker, age 86, of Ripon, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Berlin Memorial Hospital, Berlin, WI.
Joseph was born in Port Washington, WI, on February 28, 1924, the son of Nicholas and Susan (Ybley) Weyker. Joe graduated from Port Washington High School and served his Country in the U.S. Army. He worked for Green Giant Canning Company in Ripon, WI, and was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include brothers, George of Greendale, WI and Raymond of Oak Creek, WI; sisters, Marie of Oak Creek, WI and Daisy of Denver, CO; and nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Joseph E. Weyker will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010, from 10-11:00 am, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI 54971.
A Prayer Service for Joseph E. Weyker will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010, at 11:00 am, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend Robert A. Fictum officiating. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon, WI. A memorial is being established.
