Judith Baalke, age 72, of Ripon, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Judy was born on April 18, 1936, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of John and Madeleine (Schumacher) Geiger. She graduated from Milwaukee High School and worked as a homemaker. Judy was a Girl Scout leader for Dodge and Fond du Lac counties for many years, and she earned the highest Girl Scout Leader Award. She was also an avid Green Bay Packer Fan.
Survivors include daughters, Teri (David) Mibelli of San Bruno, CA, Toni Baalke of Milwaukee, WI, Carol (Lonnie) Heller of Milwaukee, WI, Lori (Anthony) Prause of Virginia Beach, VA; sons, Dale Miller of Fond du Lac, WI Daniel Miller of Fond du Lac, WI, Troy (Barb) Baalke of Plover, WI, Trent (Beth) Baalke of Loveland, CO. Grandchildren are Peter, Melia, Micah, Jocelyn, Graham, Cecelia, Angelica, Sammy, Kayla, Katy, Cassie, Emily, Lane, Caleb, Gabriel, Aden. Great grandchildren are Lily, Jediah, Silas. Brother, John Geiger of Milwaukee, WI.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 from 10-11:00 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
A memorial may be given to Ripon Food Pantry or St. Jude Hospital.
