Judith (Judy) A. Hollatz, age 70, of Ripon, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, with her family at her side.
Judith was born on October 22, 1941 to Joseph and Marie (Krahn) Marks in Waukesha County. She graduated school at St. Pius X Catholic School in Wauwatosa. Judith married Harold Hollatz on May 21, 1966. She was self-employed as a business owner of Badgerland Express and also as a farmer. Judith was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, a member of Heartland- D.U, and she enjoyed her many trips to the Casinos.
Survivors include her children, Joseph (Sue) Hollatz of Green Lake, Jesse (Rhonda) Hollatz of Ripon, John (Brenda) Hollatz of Ripon, Jerry Hollatz of Ripon; grandchildren, Ryan, Kera, Kelly, Tiffany, Jordan, Krystal, and Mackenzie; brothers, Robert (Sally) Marks, Ronnie Marks, and Mark (Margaret) Marks; sister, Lisa Marks; sister-in-laws, Jane Hollatz, and Joan (Butch) Rickerman; and by many nieces, nephews and friends. Judith has been preceded in death by her parents, son James, and husband.
Visitation for Judith A. Hollatz will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, from 4-7 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, with a Rosary at 7 pm, and again on Thursday, December 22, 2011, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church 218 Blossom St. Ripon.
Mass of Christian Burial for Judith A. Hollatz will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10:30 am, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, with Father Robert A. Fictum officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patricks Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
