Judith “Judy” Ann Perkins, age 78, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, WI.
Judy was born in Berlin, WI, on April 14, 1940, the daughter of Clarence “Squirrel” and Lucille “Lucy” (Rehbein) Ailant. She graduated from Berlin High School. In 1968 she married Roger Perkins in Green Lake, WI. Judy was an assembler at Kolpin in the 1960s, and worked in the bakery at “The Grocery Bag” in Green Lake during the 1990's. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake. Judy enjoyed reading, gambling, baking cookies, and found relaxation in coloring. Her children and family meant the world to her.
Judy is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Roger of Green Lake; two sons, Michael Perkins of Neshkoro, WI and Curt (Sarah) Perkins of Coral Springs, FL; a daughter, Tricia Perkins of Madison, WI; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Kenny) Mueller, Jason (Melissa) Garrett, and Jackie Perkins all of Ripon, WI; and a sister, Diana (David) Alvin of Green Lake, WI. She is further survived by nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence “Squirrel” and Lucille “Lucy” Ailant and a brother, Sylvester “Tubby” Ailant.
A visitation for Judy will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, May 21, 2018, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI, 54971. A private family Prayer Service will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Food Pantry of Green Lake, 571 County Road A, Green Lake, WI, 54941.
