Julia S. Spiegler, 75, of 615 W. Oshkosh St., Ripon, died April 21, 1995, at her Willowbrook Apartments home.
She was born March 25, 1920, in the Town of Rosendale, a daughter of the late Sidney Phillips and Fern Phillips Taylor. She was educated in Green Lake. Julia was a housewife and lived in Green Lake and Ripon. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church of Ripon and the Homemakers Club.
Julia is survived by 1 daughter, Rosemary (Douglas) VanBuren of Madison; 1 son, Ross (Diane) Spiegler, Jr. of Green Lake; grandchildren, Gene, Jerrod & Anthony VanBuren and Jennifer & Ryan Spiegler; 3 sisters, Faye Ebert of Green Lake, Joy (Canton) Ferch of Green Lake and Eva Martin of Berlin; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
Funeral services for the late Julia S. Spiegler will be held Sunday at 4 P.M. at Messiah Lutheran Church, Ripon with the Rev. Bryan Fritsch officiating. Private interment will be at Zoar Cemetery, Town of Rosendale on Monday. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 until 4 P.M. at the church.
