Julie A. Grundahl, 55, of Ripon died Friday February 2, 1996, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI.
Julie was born on December 1, 1940, in Madison, WI. to Henry and Helen (Stenseth) Gerke. She graduated from Mt. Horeb High School and attended Wartburg Waverly College in Iowa for 1 year. On December 22, 1962, she married Roger Grundahl in Mt. Horeb, WI, they lived in Minnesota from 1962—1964, from there they moved to Reedsburg, WI until moving to Ripon, WI in 1968. Julie was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and Worked for the Ripon Community Credit Union as a Loan Officer.
She is survived by her husband, Roger; one daughter, Tamra (Dan) Bahr of Madison, WI. ; one son Scott (Julie) Grundahl of Vance Air Force Base, Enid, OK.; one brother Bill Gerke and special friend Rita Hollis of Sun Prairie, WI., and her mother Helen Gerke of Mt. Horeb, WI. She is preceded in death by her father; Henry Gerke.
Funeral services for Julie will be held Monday February 5, 1996 at 10:30 A.M. at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, with the Rev. Paul Holte officiating. Friends may call on Sunday February 4, 1996, from 3 to 5 P.M. at the Butzin— Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Interment will follow at a later date in Ripon.
